Assault Craft Artwork

The initial photos and idea came from Dan Groesbeck, EM2 Staff Electrician.
Here is his comment regarding a lot of the artwork:

"I would hope that the guy we all called the 'Hippy' that did most
of the other RivRon 9 artwork in 67-68 would some how get the credit,
even though he is still riding the boats. Maybe his family would like to see his work?
I can not remember when he was killed, but some one in that RivRon 9
Mike Boat 40 mount should have a very clear memory of that B-40 going
through the armor at the top of the mount. Many thanks for all the help.
"
- Sincerely Dan Groesbeck -

We will add new photos as they are presented.

Zippo 7 - "We Burn to Please" and "Custom Cremations"

I was looking at the pictures on MRFA and thought you might want to display this on under
Assault Craft Artwork. I haven’t seen any pictures of Zippo 7 on any of the web sites
I have visited. It was taken in the spring of 1969 around Ben Luc by GMG 3 John Heinz
of Mine Division 113. John was the Gunner’s Mate on MSM 15 and I was the
Gunner’s Mate on MSM 14. We spent our tour together.

Best Regards, Greg Ritchey
